What is Listify?
Listify is a Shopify app that lets your customers create and share gift registries and wishlists directly on your store. It's designed for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, housewarmings, and any gifting occasion.
Which Shopify plans is Listify compatible with?
Listify works with all Shopify plans, including Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus.
Does Listify work with my theme?
Yes. Listify uses Shopify's theme extension system and Shadow DOM isolation, so it works with any Shopify theme without CSS conflicts.
Registries
How many registries can I have?
It depends on your plan:

Can customers create their own registries?
Yes. Customers can create and manage registries directly from your storefront. They'll need a customer account on your store to manage their registry over time.
Can registries be password-protected?
Yes — password protection is included on Starter plan and above. Registry owners can set a password that visitors must enter to view the registry.
Can registries have co-registrants?
Yes — co-registrant management is available on Starter plan and above. A second person can be invited to help curate items and manage details, but can't change the owner's email or delete the registry.
What happens when someone buys an item from a registry?
The registry is automatically updated to show the item as purchased. The registry owner receives an email notification, and the purchase is tracked in your analytics dashboard (Starter plan and above).
Wishlists
How are wishlists different from registries?
Registries are event-based (weddings, baby showers) with shared item tracking, gift purchasing, and sharing as the primary purpose. Wishlists are personal save-for-later lists tied to a single shopper. See Wishlists for more details.
Which plans include wishlists?
Wishlists are available on All plans.
Billing
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. Listify uses flat-rate monthly pricing. We never take a cut of your revenue.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. The Free plan is permanently free with no trial needed.
What is overage billing?
Plans with a registry limit can opt in to overage billing — once you exceed the limit you're charged a small per-registry fee instead of being blocked:
- Starter — $1.49 per active registry beyond 20, capped at $30/month.
- Growth — $0.49 per active registry beyond 50, capped at $30/month.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can downgrade to the Free plan or uninstall the app at any time. There are no long-term contracts.
Technical
Does Listify affect my store's loading speed?
Listify is built for performance. The storefront widget loads asynchronously and uses Shadow DOM isolation, so it has minimal impact on your page load times.
Can I customize the widget's appearance?
Yes. Colors, layout, typography, and more can be configured through the theme editor. See Theme Customization for details.
Does Listify support multiple languages?
Yes. The storefront widget and customer emails ship with translations for 21 languages, and the widget automatically picks the locale from your Shopify store's primary or active language. Starter plan and above can override any of the built-in wordings to match your brand.
